Refund and Returns Policy


Sydney Disc Golf Club complies fully with Australian Consumer Law. If a product or service you buy fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you have the right to ask for a repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law.

If you have an issue with any product sold to you by Sydney Disc Golf Club, please contact us through our web site or message us through Facebook. We will respond to you as quickly as possible to assist you. To help us out, please provide your order number and photos of your issue.


If your goods are deemed to be faulty, we may offer a full or partial refund depending on the age and condition of the goods.


If we have another item in stock, we may offer you a replacement for the faulty item.


Sydney Disc Golf Club provides pickup only and does not ship orders. We will try to assess faulty goods remotely by email or messenger, but in some cases may require you to return goods to Sydney Disc Golf Club. In this case, you can either return faulty goods in person to the Club or by mail if in-person is not practical.
