League & Social Events
Fun times on a Sunday morning, twice a month!
Sydney Disc Golf Club hosts two events each month. Dates (and times) may change depending on other events. Check the Events Calendar to see the date and time of the next club event.
For both league and social day events, entry is:
- free for standard club members or first time players;
- $5 for casual members;
- $6 for non-members.
This fee includes insurance and covers course usage fees and prizes. Please pay by direct deposit to BSB 062 189 and account number 1053 4492 (put your name and month in the reference) or you can also pay by cash on the day.
If you’re feeling lucky, you can also enter the optional Ace Pot for an additional $2. If you score an ace (hole-in-one) you’ll win the money in the Ace Pot, which may have built up to many hundreds of dollars. Check the home page for the current Ace Pot value.
There will be other fun events during or after league and social day rounds including closest-to-the-pin (CTP), putting competitions and driving competitions.

League Days
Normally the second Sunday of each month starting at 9:30am. League events are for the more serious player (but beginners are also welcome). Each month players will compete in an 18-hole individual stroke event and you’ll be randomly grouped with a mix of players and skills. If you’d prefer to play with a friend, please let the organiser know when you check in on the day.
Players will compete for various prizes and collect points for the Club Championship:
- Raw score (male, female and junior)
- Handicap (members only – using UDisc rating and handicap system)
- 1-2 players: championship points only
- 3-20 players: $20
- 21-30 players: $30
- 31+ players: $40
Social Days
Normally the last Sunday of each month starting at 9:30am. Social days are perfect for new players and beginners to learn about the sport and have a great time. These events will be fun (less serious) events that aren’t a part of the Club Championship and will include:
- Doubles events (best shot, alternating shot and/or worst shot)
- Alternate course layouts (safari and mando mayhem)
- Teams events
- Match play
- Skins events
- Ace race
- 1 disc challenge
- 2 disc challenge
