Sydney Disc Golf Club is proud to celebrate Aussie Disc Golf Day 2026 with 2 rounds of 18 holes at Whalan Reserve on Sunday 20th September 2026.

When: Sunday 20th September 2026 (8:30am start)

Where: Whalan Reserve (Catlin Close, Whalan)

Format: 2 rounds of 18 holes (singles), PDGA sanctioned C-tier

Capacity: 72 players

Tournament Director: Mat Wallis

Aussie Disc Golf Day is Australia’s biggest disc golf participation event: a nationwide virtual tournament held simultaneously at clubs and courses across the country. Every year, on the same weekend in September, players of all skill levels tee off together in their own communities and their scores roll up into a single national leaderboard.

This event is open to all level of players. Two rounds of 18 holes will be played on Sunday 20th September – the first disc golf tournament to take place at Whalan Reserve. Prizes for first place in each division  and all registered players will receive a commemorative ’50 Years of Flight’ pin courtesy of Australian Disc Golf.

Player Check-in: 8:30 am

Player’s Meeting: 8:40 am

Round 1 Start: 9:00 am

Lunch: ~12:00 pm

Round 2 player’s meeting: 1:00 pm

Round 2 Start: 1:20 pm

Prizes: ~4:00 pm

Entry Fees*:

  • Pros: $30 [$15 to payout pool]
  • Amateurs: $20
  • Juniors: $15

*NOTE: Full members of Sydney Disc Golf Club receive a $5 discount code (sent to email).

Fee breakdown: park usage fee $6.50; consumables (paint) $5; prizes $5; ADG EBF $3.50

Payment can be made by credit card (merchant fees apply) or by direct deposit. Please note that if paying by direct deposit, registration won’t be complete until payment is received. If payment is not received with 7 days of placing order, the order will be automatically cancelled.

All participants under the age of 18 must be supervised at all times by a designated responsible adult, regardless of whether or not they are participating in a junior division. This may be the player’s parent or guardian or a person specified by the player’s parent or guardian. All junior players must have their parent or guardian complete the ADG Junior Player Consent form and return to the tournament directory no later than 6pm Saturday 19th September.
